Logistics coordinator cum admin

responsibilities include:


  • Overseeing all supply chain operations.
  • Organizing and managing inventory, storage and transportation.
  • Analyzing and optimizing logístical procedures.
  • Reviewing, preparing pricing, quoting and routing all shipments, deliveries, costing, timelines
  • Answering customer queries
  • Shipment clearing documents
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Maintain the budget plan
  • Handling technical issues in their area of expertise
  • Carrying out clerical duties including answering phones and preparing documents
  • Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests
  • Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading, expert in Dubai trade portal and Flair software)

Job Types:
Full time, permanent


Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role for more than 4 years
  • Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Good communication skills
  • BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
