Logistics coordinator cum admin
responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all supply chain operations.
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage and transportation.
- Analyzing and optimizing logístical procedures.
- Reviewing, preparing pricing, quoting and routing all shipments, deliveries, costing, timelines
- Answering customer queries
- Shipment clearing documents
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Maintain the budget plan
- Handling technical issues in their area of expertise
- Carrying out clerical duties including answering phones and preparing documents
- Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading, expert in Dubai trade portal and Flair software)
Job Types:

Requirements and skills
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role for more than 4 years
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Good communication skills
- BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
