Description
aG resources is looking to connect with the Financial Controller for a reputable client on an immediate basis.


Location:
Dubai


Job Responsibilities:
Perform financial modeling to evaluate company performance.

Supervise accounting month end period closure for all clients.

Prepare and review bank reconciliation for clients.

Supervises monthly stock count and reconciliation.

Review and perform complex accounts reconciliation for clients.


Prepare ad hoc, monthly and annual financial statements with financial ratios and explain to clients the financial position of their companies.

Performs VAT registration and deregistration for clients. Prepares and review VAT returns and filing.

Assists clients in replying to FTA queries through client's FTA portal.

Prepare, submit, and defend Economic Substance

Report (ESR) for clients


Requirements:

Master's Degree in Accounting required (ACCA/CPA preferred)

7+ years' experience in a managerial accounting position

Strong understanding of UAE tax codes and laws

Proficiency with accounting software required

Proficiency in Power Bi, SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau &ML

Certification in Data Analysis or Data Sciences is a plus.
