Job Responsibilities:

Support the overall F&B strategyof the hotelEnsures that Hilton F&B policies are known, understood and observedEvaluates new F&B trends and competitors products offering, and update the offering accordinglyTake all steps to maximise profitability and to ensure that the F&B profit budget is achieved.

Conduct profit driven F&B auditsEnsures that cost of sales is controlled and in line with business levelsSupports key projects through data analysis, consultation of key operational issues within hotel and build financial models to assist decision-making


Job Requirements:
University degree or Associate Diploma in Hospitality ManagementA minimum of 7 years in F&B in a 5 star environmentOperational experience in hotels/restaurantsAbility to build relationshipsExcellent commercial awarenessFront and back of house experienceHigh quality service standards and guest satisfaction focus
