    RoleProfile

    Ourclient IT Solution Analyst to help shape and deliver the IT andDigital Business portfolio and the Business Change portfolio. As aIT Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing complexbusiness requirements, drawing out the technical requirements tosupport design and delivery the Group s IT BAU and ChangePortfolios.

    Yourprimary skills will be analysis, IT solution design, integrationand data mapping and you will be an experienced change professionalwho can support the project team/agile squad by applying a can-doattitude

    Youwill work as part of an agile squad / project team withresponsibility for undertaking in-depth analysis and capturingtechnical needs to identify products and services that providebusiness solutions to complexproblems.

    Accountabilitiesor What You Have to Do

    • Workas part of a cross-functional team with end-to-end responsibilityfor the technical requirements to helping build new products,services andcapabilities
    • Facilitatecollaborative workshops with team members, business stakeholdersand customers to define the current state and future businessrequirements enabling the design, selection and build of businesssolutions that drive business and customervalue
    • Capturetechnical needs through a range of analytical techniques andtranslate them into user stories, epics, process diagrams andrequirementdocumentation
    • Closelycollaborate with the Design, Delivery and Architecture Communitiesto understand business goals, strategic drivers and productroadmaps to develop technical solutions that deliver againstexpected outcomes for the benefit of thebusiness
    • Supportdevelopment and testing colleagues to ensure there is a consistentunderstanding of technical need and projectgoals
    • Assistin the build of appropriate non-functional requirements areconsidered in all relevant procurementactivity
    • Identifyand support removal of challenges to successful delivery byfacilitating decision making with the business and within the teambased upon your understanding of technicalneeds
    • Breakdown large initiatives and design for iterative delivery to enablethe team to deliver valuesooner
    • Self-organiseand adopt new ways of deliveringanalysis
    • Workclosely with the Business Analysts, Solution Architects and withthe wider team and the business to continuously review the backlogensuring work is prioritised against businessneeds
    • Attendand contribute to squad meetings including Planning, BacklogRefinement andRetrospectives
    • Respondflexibly to any necessary changes in work priorities and undertakeother duties when required to support the effective operation oftheservice

    • Experienceof capturing technical requirements within a complex, multi-siteorganisation
    • Strongknowledge of industry standard tools and designthinking
    • Experienceof analysis in either SCRUM, Kanban, Lean or other Agilemethodologies
    • Awarenessof working in Waterfall methodologies and capturing technicalrequirementsup-front
    • Experienceof working in a multi-disciplinaryteam
