  • Scheduled and facilitated Scrum meetings, events, and decisionmaking processes
  • Monitored progress and helped teams make improvements; tracked and managed project tasks, processes, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Prepared and presented status reports to stakeholders, including teams, and executive management.
  • Must have 5+ Years of experience in insurance/digital insurance Industry
  • Experience in managing digital insurance domain projects.
  • Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
  • Ability to explain and present technical solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
  • Must have SAFe certification and should come from Software Development Background.
  • All Agile Ceremonies to be conducted with due diligence
  • Manage and maintain all critical artifacts & reporting
  • Good to have
  • Hands on experience as a Technical BA
  • Close to execution details
  • User story reviews and end to end view/governance on roadmap deliveries
  • Implementation of key critical projects, preferably Digital Initiatives
