    What You'll Be Doing:

    Performance Management & Workforce Optimization

    • Develop, implement, and continuously refine the performance management framework to ensure alignment with business goals and leadership expectations.
    • Drive the annual and mid-year performance review processes, ensuring clear OKR-setting, continuous feedback, and alignment with business needs.
    • Analyze performance trends and generate insights to drive improvements in employee and team effectiveness.
    • Work closely with managers and HRBPs to provide guidance on employee performance, coaching, and career development discussions.
    • Ensure fairness and consistency in performance evaluations, rewards, and recognition programs.

    Business Partnering & Strategic Workforce Planning

    • Act as a strategic HR partner, collaborating with leaders to address people and performance challenges in alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business growth and long-term goals.
    • Identify gaps in workforce capabilities and propose solutions to optimize employee productivity and effectiveness.
    • Work with HRBPs and department heads to enhance workforce optimization, succession planning, and talent deployment.
    • Drive initiatives that enhance team collaboration and cross-functional synergies to improve business efficiency.

    Employee Engagement & Cultural Alignment

    • Implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, motivation, and workplace satisfaction.
    • Develop and execute strategies that reinforce company values, strengthen culture, and promote a high-performance environment.
    • Use data-driven insights from employee feedback surveys to enhance engagement and retention strategies.
    • Collaborate with leadership teams to drive cultural transformation efforts that align with business strategy.
    • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of performance and engagement initiatives.
    • Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to refine strategies, enhance decision-making, and optimize talent management.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to performance management and workforce planning.
    • Continuously improve processes and frameworks to drive better talent outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Workforce Optimization, or HR Business Partnering.
    • Proven expertise in performance frameworks, employee engagement strategies, and workforce planning.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
    • A data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting.
    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive meaningful change.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
