- Attends meetings and training sessionsorganized by the Hotel management for theposition

- Manages time effectively, bymeeting deadlines on time
- Assist the Chef dePartie in the production and distribution of food items accordingto requirement
- Ensures that the workplace andstorage areas remain clean and tidy, and the safety of consumablegoods by always respecting HACCP regulations
