    Position: Aviation Trainer


    Seeking highly skilled and experienced Aviation Trainer to deliver technical training programmes at the prestigious Academy of Defense Industries.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the next generation of aviation technicians and engineers.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Deliver engaging and practical aviation training modules to cadets and students.
    - Develop and adapt course materials in line with curriculum standards.
    - Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to learners.
    - Support the development of training plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
    - Ensure training is aligned with aviation safety, compliance, and maintenance standards.

    Requirements:
    - Minimum of 5 years' industry experience in aviation maintenance, engineering, or operations.
    - Proven track record in delivering technical training (civilian or military).
    - Knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    - Military aviation experience highly regarded.

    Preferred Profile:
    - European national preferred.
    - Recognized aviation certifications or licenses  (EASA Part-66, AME, or equivalent).
    - Instructional qualification (e.g. Train the Trainer, Level 3 AET, or military equivalent).
