Work with USA Warehouses & Trucking Companies Manager and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently.


  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, costeffective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouses efficiency
  • Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Perform quality controls and monitor operations progressing
  • Find ways to increase quality of operations
Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as Operations assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills

Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
