Manage daily operations in the plant facilityEnsure safety and efficiency of the facilityTest and monitor plant process and adheres to recommended safety requirementsRemain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelinesPrepare, analyze, and issue production and performance reportsControl production cost to achieve company GP above 46%Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program in coordination with Maintenance managerTo Review daily production plans and ensure that the estimated cost tie in within the budget and production target has been achievedDevelop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and to ensure that they are followedImprove continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savingsInvestigate operational problems affecting production, reporting and recommending solutions and conduct root cause analysisManage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing.

Provide manufacturing data i.e.

production reports analyzing, machines capabilities, to improve manufacturing process and measure progress to targetIdentify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations - i.e.

new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performanceWork with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, run time, cost reduction and close the feedback loopTrain and supervise staff on new development processes and technologyEstablish a training and quality cultureDevelop and implement plans to improve substandard performance on equipment.
