- Monitor central mailbox forincoming orders and order follow up for LV IEC & GearedMotors
- Enter new orders into SAP timely andaccurately, process credit returns to both domestic andinternational Innomotics facilities.
- Arrangepart number creation to facilitate orderexecution.
- Analyze and process customercomments either with direct answers and/or through factoryengineering support.
- Prepare and offer changeorders when appropriate and through adherence with establishedprocedures.
- Maintain/Support progressthroughout the execution of orders.
- Collaboratewith Factory Order/Project Managers for any changes in price,schedule etc.
