Your Role And ResponsibilitiesCould Include

• Preparing feasibility studies andrecommendations.
• Scoping, estimating andpresenting reports.
• Undertaking surveys, designand specification services.
• Respecting and helpdelivering services in accordance with best practice (and alllegislation) in relation to asbestos, health and safetyetc.
• Preparing a timely and effective postcontract administration and final accountagreement.
• Taking personal responsibility forservice delivery.
• Interfacing with the clientand other consultants, at all projectstages.
• Working with senior surveyors,associate directors and directors to construct bids for newwork.
• Ensuring that key information andlearning generated from each commission is input into the internaldatabase.
• Assisting with new technology fordata capture and reporting
• Working as part of amulti-disciplinary team within the consultancy business of Maceacross all sectors
  

Your Experience,Knowledge And Skills Need To Include

• Previous building surveyingexperience in a consultancyenvironment
• Technical knowledge and competencyin building surveying.
• Good negotiation,presentation and report writing skills.
• StrongIT skills.
