JobDescription

We are looking for adriven and skilled Business Analyst to become a valuable member ofour dynamic team. As a leading player in the energy industry ourcompany is committed to innovation and growth. The successfulcandidate will need to have a strong understanding of businessoperations and be the communication intermediary for our differentdepartments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tech and analyticsto identify and communicate business needs.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in aclear and concise manner e.g. writing business requirementdocuments for software development.
• Stay up todate with the latest advancements in business analysis and applythese to our industry.
• Understand thoroughlythe documentation of the different providers/thirdparties/platformsthat we interact with.
• Provide insights aboutthe different features exposed by providers/thirdparties/platformsand identify which ones we select/integrate as they serve best ourbusiness needs
• Develop strong commercialknowledge related to the different projects that are currentlybeing implemented or part of the shortterm roadmap
• Work with the technology team to have those businessrequirements implemented
• Conduct Exhaustivetesting for implemented features before being deployed toproduction
• Synchronize with the Devs on dailybasis addressing any inquiries related to businessrequirements/logic
• Being on top of all relatedtasks executing based on set priorities ensuring that anyissues/bugs are solved immediately and taking all measures tominimize down time and guarantee high availability.
• Create and maintain data visualization tools e.g. Exceland Tableau.

Requirements

• 2 years Experience in working in a similar position withcross functional teams
• 2 years of exp in SQLand Python experience is a plus not mandatory
• Familiarity with modern data infrastructure anddevelopment practices.
• A quantitative relatedBachelors degree or above preferably in the field of businessintelligence business or data analytics.
• Indepth knowledge of Agile processes andprinciples
• Outstanding communicationpresentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience within the power and gas trading industry is aplus.
