Description

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our IT systems, network, and hardware, as well as providing technical support to our team.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the technology that drives our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.

Software and Hardware Support: Provide technical support to staff for software and hardware issues, diagnosing and resolving problems promptly.

Network Management: Oversee network configurations, firewalls, routers, and switches to ensure secure and stable connectivity.

Data Backup and Recovery: Implement data backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical information.

Security: Ensure the security of the IT environment by monitoring for potential threats and implementing security measures.

Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and related assets.

User Training: Provide training to staff on IT-related tools and systems to enhance their proficiency.

Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with IT service providers and vendors for hardware and software procurement.

Documentation: Maintain clear and organized IT documentation, including procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT-related regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, network administration, and security.
Proficiency in PHP will be ad added advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry for managing POS systems.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
