The staff works with the team of Health Science educators and serves as a key member of the faculty responsible for designing, implementing, delivering, and assessing undergraduate Health Education curricula specifically focused on simulation-based training.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing, Education, Health Sciences, or related field- required

Minimum Five years of experience in simulation-based education design and delivery in undergraduate Health Science education.

Experience Required:

Experience in teaching

Curriculum and Implementation

Assessment in undergraduate and postgraduate Health Science Education

Good Network to Industry

Skills Required:

Strong Leadership

Communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and students

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Proficient in technology and software systems used in simulation-based education.

Able to prepare well-structured and balanced teaching materials that are aligned with learning outcomes

Aware of current research and scientific knowledge in their field of study
