Description
Responsibilities:
- Research, plan, design, and administer VILLAS projects for clients
- Communicate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Comply with all applicable ADM rules and regulations
- Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications
- Manage budgets and schedules
- Resolve problems and issues
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design
- Strong understanding of ADM rules and regulations
- Experience with 2D and 3D design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
Salary:
AED5, AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Language:
- ARABIC (preferred)
