Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable product solutions
- Process orders, generate invoices, and coordinate with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Continuously learn about the industry trends, product features, and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other internal activities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues they may have
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in sales or marketing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Goaloriented mindset with a passion for sales and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
