Roles and responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the onsite clinic to monitor outcomes and enable timely service delivery.
Resolve queries pertaining to medical benefits from employees, departments and service providers and escalate matters that cannot be resolved directly with the process owner.
Compile medical benefits data such as medical claims, patient footfall, service provider KPIs and prepare meaningful periodic statistical reports to monitor performance of the insurance scheme and service quality of providers.

Job Description:

To manage the relationship between patients, providers, and insurance companies to facilitate seamless medical service delivery, health and wellness plans and analyse medical information and claims data to identify trends and patterns, and to develop recommendations for improving the healthcare experience for patients.
