- Create 3D models and designs using CAD software
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and construction
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all designs and plans
- Make revisions and modifications to designs as required
- Communicate and coordinate with other team members and stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and design techniques
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines
- Proven experience as a 3D CAD Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools and experience in designing for large events would be a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working on high-profile and luxurious projects is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
