    Eligibility Criteria:1.

    Educational Qualification:

    Electrical Engineer:
    Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or related fields.


    Mechanical Engineer:
    Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

    ELV/BMS/

    Automation Engineer:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
    Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.2.


    Professional Experience:
    Fresh graduates for junior positions, with internships or project experience.
    Mid to senior roles typically require 2-10 years of experience in relevant industries.
    Proven track record in design, installation, troubleshooting, or maintenance of systems.3.


    Technical Skills:

    Electrical Engineer:
    Proficiency in power systems, circuit design, load calculations, and software like AutoCAD or ETAP.


    Mechanical Engineer:
    Knowledge of HVAC systems, structural design, CAD software, and thermal engineering

    ELV Engineer:
    Expertise in security systems (CCTV, Access Control), data cabling, and system Engineer: Knowledge of building automation systems, protocols like BACnet or Modbus, and HVAC control systems


    Automation Engineer:
    Familiarity with PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI design, and industrial automation protocols.4. Certifications (Optional but Preferred):Electrical/Mechanical: Certifications like LEED, PMP, or industry-specific ones

    ELV/BMS/Automation:
    Certifications in KNX, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Siemens, Honeywell, or Schneider Electric products.
    Additional safety certifications like OSHA or NEBOSH are advantageous.5.


    Key Competencies:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Teamwork and communication skills.
    Willingness to work in dynamic environments and under tight deadlines.
    Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.6.


    Language Proficiency:
    Fluency in English is typically required.
    Knowledge of additional languages, depending on the region, may be a plus.7.


    Licensing:
    For certain roles, licensing by professional bodies (e.g., Society of Engineers in the UAE) may be required.
