Customer service is provided as part of a sales team that anticipates and surpasses expectations.

In addition to opening and shutting the Convenience Bar, preparing, displaying, refilling commodities, and cleaning stations and equipment, this position assists in the overall functioning of the Food and Beverage Convenience Bar.

Job Requirements:

Becomes informed about the products that was picked, including how it should be set up, used, and cared for, as well as the features of different product price points, warranty coverage, etc.

Customers are given information about products in a clear and concise manner that is communicated to them.
Assures that allocated areas are completely supplied and that stuff is nicely placed.

Communicates with supervisors, store managers, and others on stock additions and deletions, hot and cold selling products, customer preferences, requirements, and difficulties, and so on.

Participates in department meetings and actively strives to discuss ideas on how to enhance customer service, work performance, fulfilling store/department sales objectives, and so on.

To ensure that the shop meets its out-of-stock percentage objectives, use the appropriate shelf tag or order machine to order products as needed.
