Job summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our growing Managed Services and AV Solutions team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for multiple corporate clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Windows desktops & laptops Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) Printers scanners peripherals Handle user onboarding/offboarding system setup device configuration Log track resolve issues using a ticketing system while meeting SLAs Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when required Travel to client sites across Dubai for onsite troubleshooting installations Perform break-fix support preventive maintenance system checks Maintain professional conduct strong customer communication during onsite visits Assist with cabling checks device mounting basic infrastructure troubleshooting Support AV systems including Commercial displays Conference room setups Video conferencing systems (Teams / Zoom / Webex - basic support) Assist with digital signage installations screen mounting Media player setup Android Windows Network connectivity checks Content playback troubleshooting Coordinate with internal teams for deployments upgrades replacements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT Computer Science Electronics equivalent experience Years experience IT Support Desktop Helpdesk MSP multi-client environments Strong working knowledge Windows OS Microsoft Hardware troubleshooting Basic networking LAN Wi-Fi IP addressing Comfortable working onsite field Strong communication customer service skills Ability work independently manage multiple client requests Experience AV hardware video walls meeting rooms digital signage Familiarity Android-based media players Network switches firewalls Cabling rack equipment IT certifications CompTIA A+ Network+ Microsoft etc Valid UAE driving license highly preferred Salary Range AED per month based on experience UAE Labour Law benefits Medical insurance Paid annual leave public holidays Training career growth opportunities Exposure enterprise IT AV signage technologies Work diverse corporate clients modern IT environments Gain hands-on experience projects Be part of growing MSP technology-driven organization Clear path skill development career advancement How Apply Send your CV
