Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee bar environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and iced coffees, following established recipes and quality standards.

Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to assist customers in choosing their preferred coffee selections.

Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Take customer orders, accurately input them into the POS system, and process transactions promptly and efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations based on their preferences.

Prepare and serve other menu items, such as teas, smoothies, pastries, and sandwiches, as needed.

Ensure the coffee bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and disposable cups.

Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, including assisting with cleaning duties, restocking supplies, and supporting colleagues during busy periods.

Stay updated on current industry trends, new coffee products, and brewing techniques to enhance your knowledge and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

Solid knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and coffee art techniques.

Ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment with precision and efficiency.

Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Basic math skills for processing payments and making change.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.

A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Salary:
AED1, AED1,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
