• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customerfacing role, preferably in the Entertainment/Leisure
• A passion for sports and adrenalinebased activities is highly important.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a people person demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically when dealing with a wide range of people.

• Highly fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus
• Available to work in shifts, on weekends & public holidays

• Position reports to Floor Supervisor
• Provide the best possible service to customers while performing all the required functions to safely operate all attractions
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with issues and questions
• Daily inspection to check for any malfunctions before opening to the public
• Identify and escalate any repairs to the Floor Supervisor promptly
• Follow safety procedures all the time
• Educate customers about the policies and protocols that they need to follow during their stay at the facility
• Respond to emergency situations effectively and report any accidents to the Floor Supervisor in a timely manner
• Act as a Party Host for a special event including setup, cleanup, entertaining customers, and meeting any additional needs as requested
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
