Description
The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to clients.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Using booking systems to make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Calculating fares and pricing for various travel options.
  • Issuing and reissuing tickets accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and provide suitable options.
  • Having excellent attention to detail to ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and meet the clients' requirements.
  • Utilizing sales skills to promote additional travel services and products.
  • Utilizing negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients.
  • Handling all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and insurance.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
