Min of 14+ years of experience in a large organization with a minimum NP of 1Bn. Min of 6 years of managerial experience heading an OD department for a company with at least 500 employees. Organizational Design / Development, preferably private sector in Management Consultancy.

Technical And Interpersonal Skills

Proven experience in developing comprehensive HR strategies. In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices. Strong conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent negotiation skills.

Led and delivered a range of OD interventions with proven business benefit in a high performing organization undergoing structural and cultural change.

A fundamental understanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performance and significant experience in influencing cultural change.
