- Set up and check equipment forbanquet functions based on daily issue of function sheets,including removal and storage
- Carry out work asassigned in order to ensure the correct and functional set up ofall functions
- Operate equipment for functionsas when required
- Ensure on a monthly basis thatan inventory is conducted for all equipment used forbanquets
- Ensure that all outgoing and incomingequipment which have been requested for banquets outside cateringare logged daily
- Carry out assignments on the'Preventive MaintenanceProgramme'
- Cooperate and provideassistance with other Engineering colleagues whenever necessary andavailable
- Maintain cleanliness and orderlinessinside A/V control room and A/V storageroom
- Inspect all function room daily andbreakouts area, ensuring all lights, A/C and services are defectfree and repair or replace lampsimmediately
- Carry out any work requested byyour Superiors
