Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion and growth within the speech therapy market. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, and prioritize opportunities for the clinic's services.

Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, educational institutions, community organizations, and other referral sources. Collaborate with partners to promote our services and increase referrals.

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients for our speech therapy services. Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, present our services, and secure new business.

Sales Strategy Execution: Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Experience:
Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
