Category StrategySupport:
• Assist in the development andexecution of category strategies to maximize revenue,profitability, and customersatisfaction.
• Conduct market researchand analyze data to identify growth opportunities and competitivetrends within thecategory.
AssortmentPlanning:
• Collaborate with theCategory Manager in curating and managing the product assortment,ensuring it meets customer demand and aligns with the categorystrategy.
• Assist in evaluating newproduct selections, discontinuing underperforming items, andmonitoring inventorylevels.
Pricing andPromotion Assistance:
• Support pricingstrategy development, including competitive analysis and pricingadjustments to optimize profitability.
•Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to drivesales and achieve revenuetargets.
DataAnalysis and Reporting:
• Utilize dataanalytics tools to gather insights into category performance,customer behavior, and sales trends.
•Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators(KPIs) and category performance to aiddecision-making.
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:
• Work collaborativelywith marketing, content, operations, and other departments toensure the successful execution of category strategies andinitiatives.
• Work closely with theProduct managers to ensure the issues/bugs are reported andresolved, and also identify features to help userexperience.
• Plan and execute campaignsin collaboration with marketing, content and catalogteams
