Description
_Job Information_:
- _Management of the planning of personnel needs, analyzing the data relating to the workforce and integrating them with the evaluation of the potential and performance of internal resources;_
- _Competence in personnel management;_
- _Planning and management of the personnel cost budget and preparation of periodic reports to provide information on the various elements characterizing the employees (gender, age, seniority, residence, skills, training, projects, evaluation );_
- _Sensitivity and basic knowledge of trade union relations;_
- _Basic skills of Recruitment, Training and Development processes;_
- _Support for writing and developing internal procedures and processes;_
- _Support in the development of the HR digital strategy;_
- _Ability to promote a corporate culture focused on innovation, team, change agility and inclusiveness;_
_Job Requirements_:
- _At least 5 years' experience in the role;_
- _Knowledge of economics and labor costs;_
- _Basic knowledge of contracts and labor law;_
- _Knowledge of remuneration and incentive systems;_
- _Skills on new organizational models ("agile" structure, remote and smart working );_
