Director of Strategic Planning & Performance Management LeadOur client is looking for an experienced Director of Strategic Planning & Performance Management Lead located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE.
Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans, initiatives, and performance metrics to support organizational objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategic goals and drive decision-making processes.
Lead the strategic planning process, including evaluating market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clarity of goals, alignment with strategic objectives, and effective measurement and reporting mechanisms.
Provide strategic guidance and insights to senior management, supporting their decision-making process with data-driven analysis and recommendations.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization, leveraging best practices and emerging trends.
Effectively communicate the strategic vision to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and engagement at all levels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven track record of at least 13 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying trends and insights from complex data sets.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
