    Description
    1. Supervise day-to-day operations of facilities management functions, including custodial services, electromechanical works, and general maintenance.
    2. Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of staff including electricians, technicians, civil maintenance teams, and contracted service providers.
    3. Ensure all maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) are conducted in line with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
    4. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
    5. Coordinate with procurement for required materials, spare parts, and equipment.
    6. Oversee vendor and contractor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
    7. Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspection reports.
    8. Implement energy conservation measures and sustainable facility management practices.
    9. Respond to facility-related emergencies and ensure prompt resolution.
    10. Assist in preparing and managing the facilities management budget and tracking expenses.
    11. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    12. Train, mentor, and evaluate facilities management staff for continuous improvement.
