Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of security officers, including assigning duties, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems to detect and prevent security breaches.
Patrol premises regularly to ensure security, identify potential security risks, and respond to security incidents.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other stakeholders in the event of security incidents or emergencies.
Investigate security incidents, accidents, and violations, and prepare incident reports documenting findings and corrective actions taken.
Conduct security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements.
Maintain accurate records of security activities, including patrols, incidents, and visitor logs.
Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from employees, visitors, and other stakeholders, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to security, safety, and emergency preparedness.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security management is preferred.
Proven experience as a security supervisor or in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and law enforcement agencies.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
