- University degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience including 5 years' experience in construction industry at similar level.
- Experience in EPC Projects above US$ 100M with direct involvement in Engineering, Procurement and Construction is essential.
- Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
- Capability to perform under stressful situations.
- Engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning awareness.

Description
Job Title: Lead Cost Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE (approximately 6-12 months in Dubai (office-based). After this period, all of them will be relocated to the sites) Flexibility for re-assignment to any other region or country of operation.
Visa: Single Status
Contract: Long Term
Work Hours: 10 hrs per day x 6 days a week
Leaves: As per UAE Labour Law
Salary Range: Salary up to US$ 3,00 to 4,500 per month.
Benefits: Visa, insurance, tickets, accommodation, transportation, catering and other services to be provided by Company as per applicable policy.
Reports to : Project Controls Manager (Direct)
Purpose : Supervise and coordinate project Cost Management activities.
