What will you be doing?

Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation to extract valuable insights and drive informed business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, business leaders, and data engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.

Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize and communicate complex data findings effectively.
Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance and track progress towards organizational goals.
Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive process improvements, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and security, while adhering to relevant data governance policies and regulations.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis, and apply them to enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation.

Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization.

Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Familiarity with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a scaling startup
