Join an exciting startup in the health and wellness industry as the Full-time Customer Engagement & Sales Executive.

This role is a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service, membership sales and proven managerial skills.

As Consumer Engagement and Sales executive, you will report into the Studio manager and play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations, customer experience, and overall sales of the studio.

Additionally, you will be

responsible for coordinating with third-party vendors, managing inward inventory, and promoting the sales of products and grab-and-go foods at the studio.


Main Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Front Desk Operations:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients.
  • End to end responsibility of the 'Mind and Body' (scheduling platform) & Shopify (Consumer profile and
ecommerce platform)

  • Responsible for smooth operations of the studio's class schedules, client cancellations, change requests, and
reservations via phone, message, or walk-ins.

ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and share daily reports
  • Days schedule, occupancy, cancellations, and sales reports to core team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer profile records and studio paperwork.

Sales and Memberships:

  • Promote and sell classes, packages, and retail products for walkins as well as online channels.
  • Proactively upsell renewals and cross sell packages to existing via online channels and store
  • Actively participate in community events or promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Drive sales of retail products and grabandgo foods within the studio.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of products and promote special promotions.
Vendor Coordination and

Inventory Management:

  • Implement creative ideas to enhance product visibility and sales at the studio.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of studio equipment with Active Pilates supplier
  • Collaborate with thirdparty vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Receive and manage inward inventory, ensuring accuracy and organization within the Shopify platform.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and update sales reports and records accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Pilates studio scheduling and sales.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, startup environment.
  • Marketing or promotional experience is a plus.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Position Summary:

Title:
Customer Engagement & Sales Executive

Fixed compensation:
Between AED 3, ,000 per month / depending on experience and qualifications.

Medical & Visa:
will be provided as per UAE law

Working Hours:
Minimum of 8 Hours/day, 6 days a week
a. Weekend - Sunday or Saturday
b. Timings - Schedule will be few days morning shift or afternoon shift.

Responsible for smooth operations and managing class schedule and changes with clients and
trainers with a constant follow up process as defined.

Responsible to driving package and product sales targets across store and online

Estimated Start Date:
Immediately

This is a customer facing role at the front desk of the studio and requires you to be present. Apart from managing the

daily operations and sales target, it requires you to be a problem solver and an approachable friend to our community.


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
