    Head of PreSales Division Dubai

    Reporting to: VP Commercial Middle East &Gulf

    PositionOverview:
    As the leader of the PreSalesDivision at MEG Commercial you will play a pivotal role in shapingthe organizations commercial strategy. Your responsibilitiesinclude establishing and managing the Specifications CRM and KeyAccount Management (KAM) platforms. You will be accountable fordriving growth maximizing project opportunities and ensuringalignment with company objectives across varioussectors.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Establish and lead thePreSales Division overseeing the Specifications CRM and KAMplatforms.
    Set quarterly and annual targets for the teammembers collaborating closely with the sales force.
    Develop and implement presales targets for different territories incoordination with local sales teams.
    Motivate and guidethe specifications and CRM teams to achieve their goalseffectively.
    Organize educational sessions and seminarsfor key segments fostering relationships and promoting productknowledge.
    Monitor project potential and tenderingactivities providing regular updates to the sales force.
    Expand networks and cultivate relationships with key stakeholderssuch as architects developers and consultants.
    Continuously evaluate performance and make recommendations forimprovement.
    Provide training on new products andtechnologies in collaboration with the marketingdepartment.
    Stay updated on market trends competitoractivities and new project opportunities.
    Collaboratewith the sales force and distributors to secure new accounts anddrive revenue growth.
    Represent the companyprofessionally and maintain high standards of servicedelivery.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in civil engineering industrial engineeringinformation systems engineering or architecture.
    10 to 15years of managerial experience in the building materials orconstruction industry.
    Strong knowledge of CRM programsand BIM applications.
    Proven track record in key accountmanagement and specifications.
    Familiarity with theMiddle East construction market and cultural dynamics.
    Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuildingskills.
    Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively in a competitiveenvironment.

    Success in specificationsmanagement and CRM effectiveness.
