    Description

    We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer on a permanent basis for our client based in Liverpool paying between 60,000 to 75,000 + Great Benefits depending on experience.

    This role is hybrid with an expectation to attend the office 3 days per week.

    Requirements

    The Senior Data Engineer will possess proven skills working with the following -

    • Scala, Python, Java
    • AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, Security groups)
    • AWS Data platforms (Redshift, RDS, Glue)
    • Azure / GCP
    • Terraform
    • JUnit, Mockito, Scala Test, pytest
    • Maven, Gradle, SBT,
    • Git
    • CI/CD, Jenkins


    • Big Data

    • Apache Spark, Hadoop
    - design of data warehouse, ETL, Data Modelling

    • REST APIs
    • SQL
    • Linux
    • Agile / Scrum
    • Docker / Kubernetes

    Benefits

    This role is paying between 60,000 to 75,000 + Great Benefits depending on experience.
