Chief Financial Officer for 4* Hotel

Experience: 8-10 Years in Hotel industry


Nationality:
Preferred Indians


Qualification:
Bcom/Mcom/CA/MBA/ICWA


Responsibilities:

The CFO/ Financial Controller /Accounts manager/finance manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Hotel, manage complete accountings, managing the hotel financial budgets, payroll, implementing and overseeing all activities relating to the financial aspects of the hotel in compliance including but not limited to:

  • Responsible for Cash flow, Profits, P/L management, Inventory, Debtors' and Working Capital management
  • Continuous contract reengineering towards cost savings,
  • Statutory and Audit Compliance.
  • Set up of initial operational budgets in consultation from Historical competition Data, Marketing and Operations.
  • Communication with Owners representative
  • Coordinating with Corporate Office Related to Hotel Operation Information
  • Assisting to General Manager Day to day Operation
  • Analysis of monthly results.
  • Implementation of project plans within preset budgets and deadlines, maintaining quality.
  • Contract management, vendor development, vendor satisfaction surveys.
  • Continuous evaluation of results and guiding operations towards better cost and business focus.
  • Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material / execution of job works.
  • Balancing technical solutions with business and interpersonal factors.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
