    About the Job

    Monitor, coordinate, provide technical expertise and perform the activities of the Electrical Maintenance at ADNOC owned properties including Residential and VIP villas and other owned, leased properties within Abu Dhabi City and Ruwais City in order to achieve highest operational efficiency and long functional life. This includes design, plan, installation, operation, maintenance, expansion and up gradations of a variety of electrical/ electronic systems.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Provide technical guidance and monitor all themaintenance activates of assigned subordinates, Hard FM Service provider and other related service related to building Operation and Maintenance and systems integrity as per defined service levels agreements (SLA), KPis specifications and operational Methodologies for ADNOC owned properties including office buildings and VIP staffu2019s private accommodations in and outside Abu Dhabi city.
    • Prepare annual preventative and predective maintenance programs for all equipment and systems. Approves/amends periodic maintenance programs submitted by service providers, and correlates existing preventative maintenance schedules and plans with failure data and operating conditions. Makes appropriate recommendations to Senior Engineer for changes in schedule/plan. Includes auditing preventative and scheduled maintenance work carried out by service providers to ensure quality of work, use of appropriate spares, and timely accomplishment of work, in accordance with company policy and professional engineering standards
      to ensure efficient functioning and continuous availability.
    • Prepare plans for annual requirements of equipment, spares, provide advice and support to materials and stores personnel in the planning /procurement of spares. Prepare stock/non-stock items to ensure their timely availability and carries out inspection before acceptance of materials.
    • Analyse updated monthly/periodic programof work planned and carried out, and investigates cases of delays in order to take appropriate corrective action. Includes examining performance and maintenance problems for a variety of equipment and ensuring technical assistance is provided to resolve problems.
    • Provide functional parameters to Supervisors of the Maintenance Section, guide their works in the preparation of annual preventative and predective maintenance programs to ensure that such programs are carried out in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and professional engineering standards, to enhance and maintain ADNOC assets and services.

    Job Specific Accountabilities

    Civil Projects and Engineering Service Coordination (Electrical Maintenance related)

    • Participate / review various documents received from Civil Project unit such as: Concept design reports, Material submittals, Shop drawings, Testing & Commissioning Procedures, Asset register, As-built drawings and O&M Manuals etc. and provide necessary feedback/comments
    • Participate in Factory acceptance test (FAT), T&C, Training, Snagging and De snagging of all ongoing and upcoming projects with CP&ES and Ensure smooth handing and taking over process and monitor Electrical Supervisors for following the same.

    Safety

    • Contribute to the operational efficiency, productivity and profitability of the organization by reducing accident, damage and financial loss.
    • Liaise with HSE Section and contribute in the evaluation of department related activities to identify hazards or risks and implements any necessary mitigation measures to ensure provision and maintenance of health and safe conditions.
    • Comply with ADNOC accountability framework requirements and ensure compliance with 100% HSE culture.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline.

    Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

    • At least 6 years' professional experience in electrical maintenance works, in a large organization.
    • Experience in inventory control and budgeting
    • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
    • Ability to plan and schedule daily and weekly work schedules for staff
    • The ability to communicate both in written and verbal form.

    Professional Certifications

    • PMP/CFM Certificate (Preferable).
