Job DescriptionResponsibility and Focus
-To develop strategically sound communication plans tackling key client challenges.
-To lead on digital media plan selection, quality of execution and operational excellence.
-To ensure world-class client service and account management, working alongside direct reports.
-To lead day-to-day client and agency team management.
-Should have good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure
-Be able to identify and tackle key client business challenges, leveraging agency solutions to unlock growth for clients.
-Develop an expert understanding of the client's business, their products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales.
-Expert knowledge of the media market place and opportunities available
-Sound knowledge of digital & offline advertising & marketing technologies.
Technical & Product
-Possess good verbal and written communication skills, strong selling skills, strong on numeracy, literacy and accuracy
-To proactively manage clients' expectations
-To develop and sell communication plans either as the lead planner or as part of a planning team, depending on the size and complexity of the business
To ensure internal & external marketing of the agency's work in the regional and international awards
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
-To be proactively involved in companywide initiatives as appropriate to the role.
A comprehensive knowledge of all specialist teams, the ability to sell to client's relevant services
A sound understanding of trading issues and how these impacts on media strategy
To proactively drive efficiencies for the account, the client and the agency
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
Expertise in all research data, including client research such as: Sales Data, Awareness tracking, Competitive Data etc
Be familiar with and able to sell advanced research tool (GWI, Euromonitor, SimilarWeb, WARC...)
A thorough knowledge of the media marketplace and opportunities available and build constructive relationships with key media owners where relevant
Breaks down problems and issues into sub-components and then assesses the costs, benefits and risks of various options prior to selecting a particular approach.

Qualifications-We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. This person should exude confidence and display a desire to learn. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, we would be ideally looking for someone who can 'hit the ground running'.
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience of 8-10 years of experience in media planning (online & offline)
-Proven working experience in working in the sector relevant to the account
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
-8-11 years of experience in media planning or related role.
-Proven ability to mentor and lead teams of planning managers. Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
-Experience in business development, and industry representation.
-Digital Certifications across the major platforms, including Meta (FB & IG), Google, Snap Chat, Twitter & TikTok, in addition to an in-depth understanding of industry developments & initiatives I.e.: commerce, Metaverse, NFTs, etc.
