Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team in UAE. This individual will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events and exhibitions.

A key part of this role involves monitoring all major events occurring within the UAE, assessing their relevance, and exploring opportunities for participation.

The Event Coordinator will also manage our brand-specific events, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives and brand values.


Key Responsibilities:

Event and Market Research:


  • Proactively research and maintain an uptodate understanding of the events landscape in the UAE.
  • Evaluate potential events for participation, assessing their alignment with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Present opportunities for event participation to the Marketing Manager, along with recommendations and strategies.

Event Planning and Coordination:


  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logístical aspects of events and exhibitions, from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop event concepts that align with our brand identity.

Scheduling and Timeliness:


  • Manage and update event calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and avoiding conflicts.
  • Keep the marketing team and other stakeholders informed of event schedules and any changes.

Brand Representation:


  • Ensure consistent brand representation, particularly during signature events like 'The House of Canapés'.
  • Work with marketing and design teams to create eventspecific promotional materials.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:


  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure highquality service and costeffective solutions.
  • Address and incorporate stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.

Budget and Resource Management:


  • Oversee event budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising on quality.

Post-Event Analysis:


  • Conduct evaluations to assess the success of each event.
  • Report on outcomes, feedback, and ROI to the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in event coordination, with a strong understanding of the UAE's event landscape.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and event management software.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
