- Manages team, partneringwith Contracts Manager advising of team and resourcemanagement.
- Managesworkforce levels and site operations ensuring a competent teamoperating in a safe environment, shares resources and innovativeideas within the deliverycommunity.
- Manages projectactivities, managing daily/weekly activities, reporting toContracts Manager and/or Operations Director, producing monthlydelivery performance reports, ensures the collation and preparationof workforcetimesheets.
- Produces monthlyprogress reports including red flags and outstanding EWNs and/orRFIs, partnering with Commercialmanager.
- Collaborates withPrincipal Contractors Package managers, internal and externalstakeholders to establish requirements, checking needs are in scopeand adheres to change request process, monitoring changes to scopeof programme.
- Liaises withand builds key working relationships with Principal Contractors andTier 1 suppliers, monitors, and assesses needs and/or recommendssuggestions for projectbenefit.
- Provides daily andweekly activities, ensuring suppliers are conversant with deliverysystem, bookings and information are logged and processed correctlyand issues appropriate notice to TradeContractor.
