Job Responsibilties-

  • TT Manager will be in charge for expanding the company's portfolio in Traditional Trade Channel,
  • Execute the brands strategies, develop a longterm partnership with the customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives.
  • Increase distribution by Brands and achieve the MSL. Gain market share,
  • Increase visibility in the trade and securing our share of shelf in main regular category across all brands,
  • Develop a Promo calendar that aligned with the brands strategies.
  • Preparing volume forecast, Route to Market strategy, and develop and implement Annual Business Plans that support business objectives.

What we require-

  • Sales skills, communication, leadership, Analytical skills, customer service, collaboration, strong persuasive skills, and coaching
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales Distribution experience in FMCG
  • Sales & Distribution (With Proven track record )
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Management of a customer portfolio, Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results.

Salary:
Up to AED18,500.00 per month
