- Check daily with the coordinationof the Head Storekeeper all system authorized storeroomrequisitions for timely preparation and issuance ofitems
- Prepare all items requested as per theauthorized system storeroom requisition for timely pick up by theconcerned department
- Ensure proper policyprocedures are maintained for all stock items received andissued
- Ensure proper signatories are obtainedfor all storerooms requisition issues by the departmentalauthorized personnel and post in the systemaccordingly
- Responsible for receiving accordingto the approved order and proper arrangements of all stockitems
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness andfunctional arrangements of storerooms, cold rooms, stocks andequipment
- Check and record Food &Beverage items expiry dates for follow uppurposes
- Assist in storeroom inventories stocktaking whenever conducted
