Click HereThe manager will be responsible for the overall planning, creation, implementation and execution as well as evaluating programs that encourages patrons of all ages to participate and learn about orchestral music eventually creating a pipeline of musicians that will complement the Firdaus Orchestra and Firdaus Studio/.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage annual and 5-year budget that aligns with the strategic objectivesDevelop and execute contract frameworks for potential sponsors and other collaborative relationships with individual musicians or groups from a community engagement perspectivePrepare detailed reports on a regular basis for Head of Orchestra review and considerationDesign and improve procedures, scheduling, policies and guidelines to ensure smooth operations within the Academy.

Develop short term and long-term learning programs/ courses/ music classes to develop young talentRepresent Firdaus Orchestra at community education events and meetings as needed

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Music, Music Education, or equivalent arts/education related degree.
Knowledge of orchestras and classical musicHighly motivated and able to inspire confidenceExcellent written and oral communication skills, high attention to detail is essential
