• Responsible forFC&RM(fabricated components+raw material) + other categoryprocurement management.
• Manage transferin/transfer out projects for the relatedcategory.
• Supplier relationship management forsuppliers in own plants(cross plants), take supplier leader rolewhen suppliers are across plants.
• Develop andexecute procurement strategy and plans.
• Ensuresupplier performance(SDPM/SOTD/Productivityetc).
• Participate in cross-functional team inthe selection of suppliers to support operationstrategy.
• Work with internal teams to deal withhighlight supplier issues, like delivery, quality issues,etc.
• Evaluate suppliers' productivity,capacity, quality and supplier risk.
• Negotiatecompetitive commercial terms for material, fixed assetscontracts.
• Develop and maintain systems tosupport procurement information needs.
• Supportfor VA/VE activities.
• Other transversal projectassigned by Linemanager.

Qualifications- External

• 3year+ Procurement experience,Engineering/SCM background was preferred.
• Goodcommunication capability, team work, open mind, activity andpositive.
• Good PPT and Excel capability(reporting)
• Good project managementskills
• Tableau/RPA is preferred.
