The Role


Our Digital Marketing team works at the heart of our organization and in presenting it to the world through various online advertising channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate
Creative Content Writer with a commercial sensibility to write for specific audiences.

The role is a part of a high performing marketing team and will be based in our Dubai Office.

The main responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with designers to develop creative concepts for assets; proofread materials for colleagues and provide quality control.
  • Understand and translate our brand and style guidelines into a clear, confident, and human voice.
  • Translate creative briefs into understandable and compelling assets that enhance communication, persuade viewers, and distinguish our brand.
  • Participate in messaging and strategy sessions with SMPs and SMEs, providing input on creative assets for marketing plans.
  • Meeting organizational standards for accuracy, grammar, tone, and quality
  • Optimize all content outputs for multichannel dissemination.
  • Manage deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify and recommend new and innovative creative ideas that will deliver on campaign goals.
  • Review and refresh site content on an ongoing basis to ensure it is always relevant and optimized for the needs of our users.
  • Keep abreast of development in digital media, content marketing, and social media content.

The Team


Our Digital Marketing team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our brand values for measurable business growth.

We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire our customers to act.

We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our marketing and engagement operations into a modern, data-driven organization.


Qualifications
At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of writing experience (at least 1 year of writing experience for a technology/Saas company is a must)


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven content writing experience (a portfolio of published articles and projects)
  • Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing and the willingness to learn
  • Conversant with established and emerging digital and social platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a knack in editing
  • Strong project management, research, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to write short and succinct content that keeps the reader engaged
  • A basic understanding of performance what worked, what didn't and being able to adapt and learn to enhance content performance
  • A clear understanding of what's trending and how to make it work for our own content
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to handle multiple projects and make adjustments as required
  • Exhibit a "can do"and professional attitude
  • A team player who can also work autonomously
