Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in Java and solid exposure to React and AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate must have banking domain experience, preferably with exposure to Open Finance/Open Banking initiatives. Backend development is the primary requirement; frontend experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java (primary skill)
- Develop and support full-stack applications using React (frontend)
- Build and manage cloud-based solutions, preferably on AWS
- Orchestrate and integrate services including AWS Lambda (Python-based services)
- Work on data-driven projects with strong understanding of system integration and service orchestration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and data teams
- Ensure secure coding practices aligned with banking and compliance standards
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong backend development experience in Java
- Experience with Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
- Working knowledge of ReactJS
- Experience integrating with Lambda functions and Python-based services
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and service orchestration
- Banking domain experience (mandatory)
