We are looking to hire a
Marketing & Loyalty Manager who has a strong background in marketing, extensive expertise in loyalty programs, and a successful track record in a well-known hospitality group for our Client based in Dubai
- which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a short-term contract role with a duration of 6 months (renewable based on performance)_

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and

Execute Loyalty Marketing Strategies:
_

Utilize your experience from a wellknown hospitality group to design and implement effective loyalty marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.
Leverage Industry Insights:_
Partnership Management:_
Utilize your proven experience in partnership management to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, enhancing the overall value proposition of our loyalty programs.
Collaborate with Crossfunctional Teams:_
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate loyalty initiatives seamlessly into overall marketing campaigns and customer experiences.
Data Analysis and Optimization:_
Employ analytical skills to assess the performance of loyalty programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies for optimization.
Budget Oversight:_
Manage the budget allocated for loyalty marketing initiatives, ensuring costeffectiveness and maximizing return on investment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on loyalty programs.
5+ years of experience working in a prominent hospitality group.(5* Hotels and resorts).
Proven expertise in partnership management and collaboration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of different languages such as Spanish, Italian, French etc. will be an advantage.
